Role and Responsibilities :

Primary Responsibility :

He/She will report to the Country Manager and assist in the day-to-day operations. Collate and interpret the data shared by Center Managers.

Job Description :

• To ensure the highest level of service standards & service quality are met during day to day operations at Center.
• Demonstrates appropriate discretion and judgement when handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Ensure effective communication through telephone and e-mail both internally and externally to maintain a professional image and as per agreed SOPs.
• Assist in updating SOPs
• Collate and interpret the data shared by Center managers
• Follow up with the respective stakeholders
• Managing escalations, incidents, non-compliances, and complaint management with the help of Center Manager and providing effective resolutions.
• MIS (Daily Report, weekly reports), Monthly Business Reviews

Qualifications, Experience & Education Requirements :

• Post – graduate/ Graduate in any field with 3-7 years’ experience.
• Proficient in use of computers – MS Office
